REFUNDS & RETURNS

Please Note:

 

  • All sales on House of Heather are final, with no refunds or cancellations allowed.
  • Any issues with your order must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges, but we will make alterations if there is an issue with the fit.
  • Weather or transit delays are beyond our control and depend on the courier service and weather conditions. While we cannot guarantee delivery within the specified timeframe, we assure you that your order will reach you eventually.
  • If your parcel is marked as 'delivered' but you have not received it, notify us within 72 hours. We cannot address the issue with our courier partners after this period.
  • In the rare event of a defect, we will provide a replacement.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Any order-related disputes must be addressed within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Refunds are not available, but you can review our Returns and Exchanges policy below:
    • Returns/Exchanges are not permitted for customized items.
    • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, which are non-refundable.
    • Upon receiving your returned package, we will inspect the products. If approved, you will receive store credit or an exchange.
    • House of Heather reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our requirements.
    • Reverse pick-up services are not provided.

Steps for Return/Style Change:

  • For returns, email houseofheather.co.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product, including your original order number and the reason for return. The item must be unused and unworn.
  • Ship the return parcel within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • Use 'RETURN - [Your Name] - [Order Number]' as the email subject line.
  • Once approved, we will provide the return address. You are responsible for organizing and paying for the return courier.
  • We will notify you when we receive the return and confirm store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
  • For style exchanges, store credit can be used to select a new item.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
